Eyica (eyica.com) is operated by Shenzhen Aishangte Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in China. These terms describe use of our online store and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Orders and payment

Please review the product description, quantity, price and delivery details before placing an order. Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping information so we can process and deliver your order. Prices are displayed in USD. The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping to US addresses is free.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unfulfilled items.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched within 3 days after payment is confirmed, with delivery generally expected within 5 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 7 days of delivery. Customers pay the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
